Letter, in cursive Cyrillic, is addressed to Larionov's lifelong companion and eventual wife, Natalia Goncharova, and concerns preparations for costumes for a Ballets Russes production. Larionov offers advice on how to cope with the notoriously difficult Diaghilev. He signs the letter "Misha." [Information from dealer's description.] Letter consists of four sides of a folded quarto sheet, which, along with the envelope, carries the letterhead of the Hotel Terminus et Cosmopolitan in Monte Carlo.
